The BCBA role is a clinical leadership role and an exciting opportunity with a clear path for upward mobility. We are looking for a highly motivated, collaborative-minded clinician to manage a balanced caseload of clients and provide excellent behavior analytic services. This challenging, yet extremely rewarding role will provide a competent BCBA the opportunity to choose their path of growth. The Launch Leadership Team is committed to fostering the growth of all Launch staff and is excited to partner with you in building the Launch Therapy brand.
The clinic-based position is an in-person, full-time position with flexibility and autonomy in the way outcomes are achieved.

Who You Are:
- A certified BCBA or scheduled to sit for the BCBA exam within six months.
- A leader who wants to provide training and supervision for our RBT staff and to create a fun, teamwork-focused environment.
- You’ve been complimented on your communication, time management and problem solving skills
- Someone who thrives when part of a collaborative team
- Prioritizes trauma-informed care
- Knowledgeable of DTT and can develop and implement FBAs, FAs, Behavior Support Plans, Communication Device Software.
- Able to multitask in a fast-paced setting while meeting the needs of clients, families and team members.
- Supportive of organizational growth by continually investing in improving processes and resources.
- Passionate about and dedicated to changing the lives of clients and families by helping them reach their full potential.
- Change the lives of our clients and their families by supporting RBTs® as they work one-on-one with children diagnosed with autism spectrum disorder (ASD), in a variety of settings (clinic, home, school etc.)
- Directly serve a community in need.
- Develop individualized behavior plans using a wide variety of provided curriculums, assessments and protocols (i.e., skill acquisition and behavior reduction) to be implemented by our team of RBTs.
- Implement electronic data collection systems with Central Reach software
- Regularly collaborate with clinical and support teams to enhance client progress.
- Mentor new team members as they “launch” their applied behavior analysis (ABA) careers.
