The Clinical Director role is an exciting opportunity with a place on Launch’s Leadership Team. We are looking for a highly motivated, collaborative-minded person to oversee and lead Launch’s behavioral interventions in all therapy settings and provide excellent behavior analytic consultation. This challenging, yet extremely rewarding role will provide a competent BCBA the opportunity to choose their path of growth. The Launch Leadership Team is committed to fostering the growth of all Launch staff and is excited to partner with you in building the Launch Therapy brand.

The Clinical Director position is an in-person, full-time position with flexibility and autonomy in the way outcomes are achieved.

Who You Are:
  • An experienced BCBA with at least 4 years of leadership in the field of ABA
  • A leader who is motivated to create behavior change
  • You’ve been complimented on your communication, time-management and problem-solving skills

What You’ll Do:
  • Lead all clinic staff (i.e., Supervisor/Casemanagers, Direct Care, Administrative Staff)
    • Coordinate therapy schedule
    • Manage hiring new staff (e.g., interviews, new staff onboarding, leave requests, etc.)
    • Guarantee quality support and training of all clinical staff in accordance with Launch Therapy Center Vision and Mission statements
    • Conduct annual staff evaluations
    • Complete action opportunity plans and any other corrective measures
    • Maintain staff credentialing and certifications
    • Engage in clear, regular communication through identified platforms (i.e., Slack,Google, Asana etc.)
  • Manage use of identified client/staff databases
  • Make Connections between the clinic, stakeholders & the community
  • Ensure proper management of clinical budget, facilities & supplies
  • Manage needs of clients
    • Manage the waitlist of prospective clients
    • Onboard new clients into services
    • Conduct functional behavior assessments and write initial treatment plans
    • Schedule regular supervision and program modifications for your caseload
  • Attend and participate in regular meetings, some of which you will be required to lead and create the agenda
  • Report directly to the Chief Executive Officer and Chief of Operations of Launch Therapy Center
